Two brands, one bench
NK & Sons started with one observation: serious players will pay for a bat that actually performs, and almost nobody was selling them one they could hold first. Ten years, two registered brands and 10,000+ bats later, NK and HK are graded and signed off one at a time - and if a bat wouldn't go to one of our own players, it doesn't ship.

Kashmir willow and English willow, graded and signed off one at a time. Whichever name is on the sticker, the bat left the same hands.
The retail store opened in Tulsi Nagar, Bandlaguda in 2019 - built so a player could pick a bat up, feel where the weight sits and choose in person rather than off a page. Word of mouth did the rest across Hyderabad, academy by academy, season after season. Every bat is still graded and signed off one at a time before it goes on the rack.
Exports of ultra-premium bats started in 2021 - the UK, France and the UAE first, then Singapore and Australia, and now the USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Uganda. Today NK and HK reach players in 13+ countries, and the same blade an IPL quick or a Bangladesh opener carries to the crease is the one sitting in the rack in Tulsi Nagar. No separate pro line, no export grade.
